The Factory Manager is responsible for the day to day running of Forestart activities across multiple sites and has line manager responsibilities for the Tree Seed Collection and Processing team. This is a practical role which involves leading and overseeing all yard duties, ensuring that all work is carried out safely, efficiently and in accordance with company policies and procedures.
The Supervisor is responsible for leading and overseeing teams who are either collecting seed off-site, processing seed on-site or maintaining our seed orchards. They must ensure that all seed collection and processing work is carried out safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company policies and procedures.
The Arboriculturist supports and oversees tree work operations, seed harvesting, processing, propagation, and tree establishment activities while ensuring full compliance with industry standards, legislation, and company procedures.
The role combines operational arboriculture duties with on-site supervision responsibilities, ensuring that teams work safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company policies, environmental responsibilities, and legal requirements.
Recruitment is currently paused for this role, however seasonal opportunities are available annually as tree seed crops ripen.
