Description
Anthriscus sylvestris
Cow Parsley look-alike but with dark purple ferny leaves. White flower-heads can be on stems over 1m tall and wave above smaller perennials in late May and June. Good for the back of borders.
Grows in most conditions including semi-shade. A trouble-free plant, easy to grow. Naturalizes well and is good on the taller edges of meadows. Dies down in autumn.
